2015 residential project | Xhamai Design
A major renovation to an existing home in Parkhurst, a neighbourhood of relatively upmarket homes on small properties. The constrained dimentions of the site offered an interesting challenge to design a home which still felt spacious and contemporary. We employed tall volumes and large openings connecting the interior spaces to small, private outdoor spaces and opened the ground floor up by introducing small, strong steel elements.
